Your CRM data is quietly breaking your business
Find data issues, keep track of your solutions and components, and manage change requests in one Dynamics 365 app.
See CRMBix in 80 seconds
The real app on sample data: the health score, the rules behind it, the inventory and a change request from draft to deployed.
No sound, captions on screen. It shows the dashboard and health score, the list of health rules with pass or fail for each, a failing record opened from its issue, the solution inventory with versions, the changes no request explains, and a change request moving from draft to deployed.
For the people who answer for Dynamics 365
CRM managers
You're asked why the numbers can't be trusted. CRMBix gives you a score to track and a list of records to fix.
Dynamics 365 administrators
You need to know what's in the environment. CRMBix keeps a current record of your solutions and their components.
System owners
You sign off changes. CRMBix records each request and decision, and lists the changes that no approved request explains.
Bad data and untracked changes cost more than you realise
Records go stale, duplicates pile up, and customisations reach production without anyone signing them off. It often only surfaces when something breaks.
CRMBix gives you a clear starting point
No vague best-practice advice. No transformation project. One app that works inside your existing Dynamics 365 environment and starts with a single setup switch.
Three capabilities, one app
Data health, inventory and change control share the same tables, so each one makes the others more useful.
Data Health
Rules scan your records on a schedule, score the result and list the records that fail, so cleanup starts with a list instead of a guess.
- Missing, Duplicate and Stale rules: pick a type, a table and a column
- Eight starter rules for contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities
- A health score from 0 to 100, weighted by severity
- Issues resolve when the record is fixed, and reopen if it fails again
- A weekly scan on the day you choose
Solution and Component Inventory
CRMBix records what is in your environment and keeps the record current, so "what do we actually have?" is a view, not a week of digging.
- Each solution: version, publisher, managed or unmanaged
- The components of your unmanaged solutions: tables, flows, forms, views and apps
- First seen, last seen and last changed dates
- Components that disappear are flagged as removed
- Refreshed weekly, or when you ask
Change Control
A change runs from request to deployment on one record. Changes found at an inventory refresh that no approved request covers are listed as unexplained.
- Change requests with user story, proposed change, risk and date
- Approve or reject in the app; only approvers can decide
- Recording a production deployment closes the requests it delivers
- A change log of components added, changed or removed
- Unexplained changes collected in one view
Good to know
- CRMBix records and reports. It does not block or roll back a deployment.
- Changes are found when the inventory refreshes: weekly on your chosen day, or on request. It is not real time.
- Component detail covers your unmanaged solutions. Managed solutions are recorded by name and version.
- A table counts as changed when columns or relationships are added or removed, a form is published or a view changes. Edits to an existing column aren't detected yet.
- The change log shows what changed and when, not who changed it.
- Health rules check active records. Duplicate rules match exact values in one column.

How CRMBix would help
How it's scored: each answer scores 0 to 3, and each area is the total of its two questions shown out of 100. The last two questions only shape the plan suggestion.

Managed Service
- CRMBix licence for one production environment
- Everything in Self Install
- The Guided Install setup session
- One support call every month
- Each month's call covers one new rule configured for you, or support with what you have
Your first month is the setup session, and your monthly calls start the month after. You pay first, then choose a time for your setup session on our booking page. Extra work is quoted before it starts. This is support for CRMBix, not management of your whole Dynamics environment.
Order Managed Service →Paying annually: £4,788 a year, or £3,350 for your first year when you start by 31 December 2026. Request an invoice
You can always configure rules yourself. Every plan lets you add checks using the supported rule types. The Managed Service is for teams who would rather we did it.
Need help once, not monthly? A one-off configuration session can be quoted separately. Ask a question.
Buying on a purchase order? Annual plans can be paid by invoice, by bank transfer or card, with 30 days to pay. Use the invoice link under the plan.
Questions before you buy
What do I need to run CRMBix?
A Dynamics 365 or Power Platform environment with Dataverse, and someone with System Administrator access to install it. CRMBix doesn't include any Microsoft licences, so the people who use it need to be licensed for model-driven apps and Power Automate in your environment. We go through this with you before any setup session.
How is it licensed?
One subscription covers one production environment. Self Install is £99 a month, billed quarterly. Guided Install is £999 a year and includes the setup session. The Managed Service is £399 a month with a three-month minimum, or £4,788 if you pay for the year. Each additional production environment needs its own subscription. CRMBix is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
How is it installed?
CRMBix is imported into your environment as a solution. On Self Install we email you the package and instructions and you do this yourself. On Guided Install and the Managed Service we do it with you in a remote session of up to 60 minutes. After that, one setup switch adds the starter rules, runs the first scan and starts the inventory.
Can I add my own rules?
Yes, on every plan. Missing, Duplicate and Stale rules need a table and a column, or a number of days. A Custom rule type accepts your own FetchXML for anything else.
Does CRMBix stop unapproved changes?
No. CRMBix records change requests and approvals, and at each inventory refresh it lists the changes it finds that no approved request covers. It doesn't block or reverse a deployment. See "Good to know" above for exactly what it detects.
How do updates work?
While your subscription is active you receive product and rule updates. You apply them yourself. On the Managed Service you can use your monthly call for help with an update. Updates stop when a subscription ends.
What support is included?
Every plan includes email support for installation issues and product faults. Guided Install adds one follow-up email within 14 days for setup corrections. The Managed Service adds one support call every month, for one new rule or help with what you have.
Where does my data go?
CRMBix is installed in your own Dataverse environment, and its rules, scan results, inventory and change records are stored there. We only see your environment if you invite us in for an install or a managed service.
This website has no forms, cookies or trackers, and payments are handled by Stripe. Please never send passwords, access tokens or data exports by email. See the Privacy Policy.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Guided Install at £999 a year is £189 less than a year of Self Install, and it includes the setup session.
Until 31 December 2026, annual plans are also 30% off for the first year: £699 for Guided Install, or £3,350 for the Managed Service paid annually. Both renew at the standard price.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on annual plans. Use the "Request an invoice" link under the plan, or email [email protected] with your organisation name, billing address, accounts contact and purchase order number if you use one.
Invoices are payable within 30 days, by bank transfer or card. We send your package and book your session once the invoice is paid or we have your purchase order.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Self Install renews every three months, so cancel before the next quarterly payment. Annual plans renew each year, so cancel before the renewal date. The Managed Service has a three-month minimum, then renews each month until you cancel.
Cancel by emailing [email protected] and you won't be charged again. Payments already made aren't refunded.
What happens when we cancel?
Your licence runs to the end of the period you have paid for. After that you uninstall CRMBix from your environment within 14 days and confirm by email. We send the steps when you cancel, and will do the removal with you on a call if you prefer.
Uninstalling removes CRMBix's own tables, including your rules, scan results, inventory and change records, so export anything you want to keep first. Your Dynamics 365 data is not affected. Full details are in the Terms.
